ILLINOIS MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATION 

Join us this month for a fantastic discussion about the the IMA, it's membership and how they collaborate with both the State and Federal governments to benefit Manufacturers and their supply chains. 

We're honored to have the President and CEO of this powerful Association leading this discussion. 

The Illinois Manufacturers' Association is the oldest and one of the largest state manufacturing trade associations in the United States. The IMA represents 4,000 companies ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small shops.  

The IMA was named “One of 100 Associations Saving the World” by ASAE (2021). Received the inaugural COSMA Leadership Award as the best state manufacturing trade association in the United States (2022).

In 2023, Mark received the coveted "Golden Horseshoe" as the "Top In-House Lobbyist" by Capitol Fax, the pre-eminent political newsletter in Illinois.  Mark's passion for manufacturing and its impact on our nation is only slightly stronger than his passion for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Royals!

We meet the FOURTH Thursday Monthly on ZOOM from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and plan to meet In-Person every quarter AS & WHEN ANNOUNCED.   

Membership will be tracked consistently to ensure that meaningful participation is possible. Troika participation is encouraged. Repeated requests for "no troika" is not consistent with the goals of the group.

Format: Pre-meeting networking begins at 4:00PM CT. Meeting starts at 4:30PM CT SHARP.

1. Host, Group Leader, Assistant Group Leader & EC Member Introductions.
2. A brief presentation regarding the topic of the day. Topics will vary but will include variously:
   * Break-out sessions to discuss the applicability of the topic to your specific distributor and manufacturer clients. 
   * Panel discussions with CDAM Group members and outside contributors as well.
   * Member spotlights.

This is your opportunity to become familiar with the areas of expertise of your fellow attendees as well as pick up insights on how and when collaboration is possible.

1. Thank you’s and testimonials geared toward each other and our Distribution and Manufacturing clients. Describe the nature of the client business and how you and your colleague successfully contributed.
2. Brief introductions for those who have not yet introduced their practice area.
3. Post-meeting social for 10 minutes
4. Troika assignments will be distributed via email after each meeting.
